Current Projects

Curriculum Evaluation + Design Consultant (Dec. 2023 - present)
Using client interviews and document analysis, I evaluated current curricula and training materials for MobilizeGreen, a national workforce development program that places diverse young professionals in paid internships with land management agencies and environmental organizations. Drawing on my findings, I then laid out a multi-phase project that aligns with time and budget constraints to design a new core curriculum for MobilizeGreen interns, including scope and sequence, lesson plans, instructional units, and other resources. I am currently producing eight modules with focus on DEI, leadership development, and professional growth.

Publications + Written Products

My graduate work, funded through the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program, the American Association of Geographers, and the Landscape Research Group, examined human dimensions of natural and cultural resources, the social science of public lands, program evaluation, and landscape in the US South. Learn more about my graduate research here.
